Responsibilities- Write test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on software requirements. Define acceptance criteria.
- Document test results and provide them to the Team Lead and customer.
- Investigate and resolve software problems in conjunction with other technical personnel.
- Monitor defect log including validation of defect, assignment to developer, coordination of questions with users, and validation of fixed code.
- Assist with preparing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Contribute to user documents including help files, user guides, and quick tips. Participate in AGILE team meetings.
- Responsible for proactively identifying risks and mitigations and communicating with Team Lead.
- Complete assigned tasks on time and meet quality standards.
- 2-5 years of working experience in QA testing or any other relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience in testing methodology/framework in manual testing with the Banking domain.
- Able to work out test planning, test scoping, test scripts/cases, issue/bug reporting, test progress reporting, follow-up on fixes validation, and assist in issue/bug investigation.
