Outlet Supervisor & Outlet Assistant Manager (F&B JB/KL/Selangor)
  • Oversee the daily operation, ensure the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, and staff allocations.
  • Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.
  • Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage all outlet staff.
  • Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
  • Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines.
  • Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and service recovery.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
  • Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or in any related field of studies that relates to the F&B sector.
  • Min 2-3 years of working experience as Outlet Manager in the retail F&B industry.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills to execute sales campaigns with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated & great leadership skills.
  • Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
