Job Description:

Conveyancing Lawyer
  1. To draft SPA/ Loan Agreements and other documents relating to conveyancing matters for Project.
  2. Corresponding, attending and communicating with developers, clients, bankers, and various government agencies.
  3. Able to work independently.
Chambering Student
  1. To prepare documents relating to conveyancing matters for Projects and Subsale.
  2. Corresponding, attending and communicating with developers, clients, bankers, and various government agencies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Conveyancing Lawyer
  1. Degree in law (LLB) and called to the Malaysian Bar.
  2. 1-5 years or above 5 years experience in conveyancing are welcome.
  3. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  4. Must be well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other language speaking will be an added advantage.
  5. Able to work under pressure and complete assigned tasks within stipulated timeframe.
  6. Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking, reliable, responsible and commitment to job responsibilities.
  7. Must have own transport.
  8. A good team player with interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  9. Working knowledge and experience in commercial loan matters would be an advantage.
Chambering Student
  1. Freshly member or experienced with related knowledge are welcome to apply.
