We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Supply Chain to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage procurement and supply chain operations across the Far East region.

This position is open to Malaysian citizens only.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement Operations
  1. Source and procure materials, equipment, and services across the region.
  2. Create, issue, and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  3. Identify, assess, and maintain strong relationships with regional suppliers.
  4. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure the best value.
  5. Monitor supplier performance against key KPIs such as delivery timelines and product quality.
Market Research & Strategy
  1. Stay informed on regional market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks.
  2. Identify alternative suppliers to enhance business continuity and cost effectiveness.
  3. Analyze procurement data to propose and implement cost-saving strategies.
Compliance and Documentation
  1. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and communications logs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  1. Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams across the region.
  2. Address and resolve issues related to supply delays, quality concerns, or vendor-related disputes promptly.
Cost Management and Reporting
  1. Support cost management initiatives through value-driven procurement strategies.
  2. Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance and supply chain metrics.

Key Skills and Competencies

  1. Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
  2. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  3. Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  4. Proficient in procurement/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba).
  5. Ability to manage multiple priorities across a dynamic, multi-country environment.
  6. Knowledge of supplier risk management, compliance, and contract terms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain functions.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  4. Procurement certifications (e.g. CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage.
