Get to Know the Role
- You will primarily be focusing on helping to build and support our insurance operations across the region.
- This role reports to Manager, Insurance Operations and works onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will build and support insurance operations across the region, including claims management and product distribution.
- You will manage the Guarantee (Cargo Insurance) for the region, ensuring a seamless claims experience and driving enhancements in product, tech, and processes.
- You will handle general claims, being a liaison and managing inquiries from stakeholders for all products across the region.
- You will collaborate with insurance partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support product distribution and customer experience initiatives, including training and issue resolution.
- You will support financial operations by working with payment, finance, and FP&A teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
- You will provide insurance advisory support by reviewing contracts and assessing operational risks for departments.
- You will create business process improvements to enhance efficiency and achieve cost savings.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business, finance, or actuarial science)
- 5 years of experience in Insurance Products, Regulations, and Insurance Operations
- Preferably experience in claims-related roles
The Good to Haves:
- Hold any of the required qualifications necessary to become a General Insurance Agent
- Previous experience working as an insurance broker, agent, or financial adviser
