What you'll be doing

  1. Performing daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciling accounts
  2. Providing financial analysis and reporting to clients to help them make informed business decisions
  3. Liaising with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for all assigned clients
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  6. Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small practice or bookkeeping environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SQL Accounting
  • Strong self-learn capability and have knowledge on e-invoicing
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
