ACCOUNTS EXE /SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXE / ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS MANAGER (RM3000 - RM5500)

Responsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and general ledger (GL).
2. Reconcile daily sales transactions and verify bank deposits.
3. Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
4. Process supplier payments and expense claims on a timely basis.
5. Assist in tax submissions (SST and etc.) and audit matters.
6. Maintain accurate accounting records and support financial reporting.
7. Liaise with banks, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
8. Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial controls.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B industry.
3. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
6. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVEResponsibilities:

1. Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
2. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions, verifying accuracy in bank deposits.
4. Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and other financial analysis as required.
5. Handle supplier payment, employee expense claims and petty cash management, ensuring proper documentation and timely disbursement.
6. Assist in audit & tax preparation, ensuring all required financial records and supporting documents are available and in compliance with financial standards.
7. Maintain and organize accurate accounting records, ensuring proper documentation for internal and external reporting.
8. Liaise with banks and suppliers on accounting-related matters.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the F&B industry.
3. Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, SST regulations, and general tax requirements.
4. Proficiency in SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
5. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
6. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGERResponsibilities:

1. Overseeing the daily financial operations across multiple business entities.
2. Supervise and guide the team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in financial reporting.
3. Review and ensure financial report compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements before submission.
4. Prepare and review monthly and year-end financial statements, reconciliations, and audit schedules to support statutory and management reporting.
5. Monitor cash flow, account payables, and receivables, ensuring timely payments.
6. Identify and investigate financial discrepancies, working closely with relevant departments to resolve outstanding issues.
7. Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and external parties on financial and tax-related matters.
8. Assist in improving internal accounting procedures and financial controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
9. Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and management reporting, assisting the management in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 4-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
3. Hands-on experience in handling a full set of accounts.
4. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance and audit processes.
5. Proficiency in SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide junior and collaborate effectively across departments.
