Digital Marketing Manager (Beauty Brands)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital and social media initiatives for our beauty brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, advertising, and public relations, with a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital and Social Media Management:
    Plan and execute all digital activities including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Facebook etc.), and Google Ads (YouTube, Gmail, Display).
    Develop and manage microsites, landing pages, contests, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
    Oversee the social media calendar and content strategy.
  2. Budget and Performance Tracking:
    Manage the overall digital budget and track performance against spend.
    Use analytics to evaluate the success and identify trends of digital campaigns.
  3. Collaboration and Strategy:
    Work closely with the marketing team to achieve brand objectives such as sales, brand awareness, lead generation, and store traffic.
    Identify new trends, partnerships, and innovative tools for measuring digital campaigns.
    Evaluate market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  4. Others:
    Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, advertising, and public relations within beauty/FMCG Industry.
  3. Good understanding of local FMCG trade environment, shoppers and consumers. (Experience in Beauty & Personal Care category is a plus)
  4. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  5. Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  6. Highly creative with excellent analytical skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work cooperatively with different functions and departments.
  8. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and BM is required.
