• Provide embalming service, including washing and disinfecting the remains to stave off infection and deterioration, replace bodily fluids and gases with preserving agents.
• Provide make-up service to female deceased and ensure a smooth running for the process of cleaning, dressing, and make-up to create a natural appearance. Reshape or reconstruct disfigured or maimed bodies when necessary.
• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness of Make-Up Room and safety measures as per SHE P&P is strictly adhered to, including storage management.
• Ensure that legal requirements concerning embalming are met, properly dispose of hazardous waste, and promote a safe work environment. Understand and execute the necessary record required by ISO & SHE standard procedures.
• Reshape or reconstruct disfigured or maimed remains when necessary.
• Perform special procedures necessary for remains that are to be transported to other states or overseas, or where death was caused by infectious disease.
• Work closely with funeral directors to meet the families' wishes, to ensure total customer delight by rendering a quality service to deceased family.
• Keep good maintenance of equipment used, ensure the cleanliness of the make-up room, and comply with safety and health regulations.

Job Requirement:

• Licensed embalmer or preferably possesses certification as a qualified embalmer.
