Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist L2 to lead the advanced implementation, management, and optimization of our cybersecurity infrastructure, with a strong focus on MasterSAM for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Falaina for Identity Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

Experience:

• Candidates must possess at least a Degree.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity roles with a focus on identity and access management.
• Hands-on experience with privileged access management tools, preferably MasterSAM.
• Practical knowledge of identity governance and administration platforms, preferably Falaina.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-level IT security projects and initiatives.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MasterSAM architecture, components, and features for PAM operations.
• Understanding of Falaina's core modules and functionality for IAM/IGA processes.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic Linux system administration.
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for automation tasks.
• Understanding of LDAP, SAML, and OAuth protocols used in identity management.

Certifications:

• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent entry-level security certification is required.
• Product-specific certifications for MasterSAM and Falaina (if available) are highly advantageous.
• CISSP Associate or similar certification is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address PAM and IAM/IGA challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment on security projects.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest trends in cybersecurity, especially in PAM and IAM/IGA.

MasterSAM (PAM) Implementation & Support:

• Setup & Deployment: Assist in the initial setup and configuration of MasterSAM servers and agents for organizational projects.
• Password Management: Configure and manage password vaults within MasterSAM to ensure secure credential storage.
• Session Management: Set up and maintain privileged session management and recording functionalities.
• Policy Implementation: Implement basic password rotation policies and assist in configuring MasterSAM's integration with Active Directory and LDAP.

Falaina (IAM/IGA) Implementation & Support:

• Platform Deployment: Assist in the deployment and basic configuration of Falaina IAM/IGA platform for organizational use.
• Lifecycle Management: Set up and manage user lifecycles within Falaina, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes.
• Access Control: Configure basic access request and approval workflows, and implement role-based access control (RBAC) models in Falaina.
• System Integration: Assist in setting up Falaina's integration with HR systems and other identity sources.

Security & Compliance:

• Auditing: Assist in conducting basic security audits using MasterSAM and Falaina's built-in tools.
• Compliance Support: Help maintain compliance documentation related to access management and participate in periodic access reviews.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze basic identity and access reports using MasterSAM and Falaina's reporting features.
• Incident Response: Assist in incident response procedures related to privileged access and identity management issues.
