We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Workshop Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our service station. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, a solid foundation in basic maintenance, and a passion for team leadership. This role requires overseeing workshop task allocation, parts management, field service scheduling, and technician supervision, ensuring the highest level of service quality and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Management Experience: At least 2 years of experience in workshop or service station management, with in-depth knowledge of operational workflows and personnel management.
  • Maintenance Knowledge: Basic knowledge of maintenance, familiar with common equipment or vehicle repair procedures and technical requirements.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to handle unexpected situations and challenges effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team, guiding team members toward achieving goals and enhancing performance.
  • Education Requirements: Associate degree or higher, preferably in mechanical engineering, automotive repair, or management-related fields.
Workshop Task Allocation:
  • Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring that all repair tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and optimize workshop workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Address unforeseen issues in the workshop promptly, maintaining smooth operations at all times.
Parts Management:
  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, and allocation of service station parts, ensuring a steady supply of necessary materials.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, optimize stock levels, and minimize waste.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery and the quality of parts.
Field Service Scheduling:
  • Organize field repair services, efficiently assigning personnel and resources to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Monitor service progress on-site, ensuring that quality standards are met and resolving any arising issues.
  • Address customer complaints promptly, striving to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the repair team, including scheduling and personnel management.
  • Develop and implement work standards and technical guidelines to continually improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivated work environment to promote team cohesion and productivity.
Other Management Tasks:
  • Oversee the overall operations of the service station, including equipment maintenance and safety management.
  • Provide regular performance reports on service station operations, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management to ensure the smooth running of operations.
