Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure required maintenance activities are carried out effectively and efficiently to meet objectives and in compliance to requirements.
  • Perform corrective maintenance on faulty equipment units and damaged structures as required.
  • Develop, implement and improve preventive maintenance procedures to ensure that equipment and systems meet required standard.
  • Plan, implement and monitor on-going maintenance, upgrade and installation activities.
  • Participate in meetings presentations to staff, consultants, BOD, authorities and approval agencies whenever necessary.
  • Attend site meeting and perform site visits/inspections and be proactive in identifying and resolving problems.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance process.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on site and ensure completion within budget and in compliance with quality, environment, health and safety procedures.
  • Analyze equipment and system performance data and initiate improvement activities in equipment and system performance.
  • Prepare required reports and technical documentation on time.
  • Comply to organization's Quality, Environmental, Safety, Health and Anti-bribery systems at own work area.
  • Train and develop subordinates and junior staff.
  • Other duties assigned by superior officer.

Required qualification:

  1. Bachelor Degree in any of the following fields:
  • Information Technology
  • Electronics and Electrical Engineering
Preference:
  • Candidates with Aviation related Maintenance & Installation experience.
