1. Talent Development & Succession Planning
  • Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create structured succession planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce capabilities and future talent needs.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute training programs.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements for continuous learning.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Well versed in HRDC procedures and policies.
2. Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Study employee turnover and propose retention strategies.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze employee feedback to enhance work culture.
  • Ensure talent development policies and programs comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent management.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze workforce trends and implement HR strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in HR analytics, learning & development, and employee engagement is an advantage.
