As a Junior Finance and Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations and managing accounts within the organization. Working closely with senior finance professionals, you will assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and maintaining accurate financial records. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring timely payments, and addressing any financial inquiries or concerns. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in financial management and accounting practices while contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support daily operations and strategic planning.
  • Manage client accounts, including invoicing, collections, and resolving payment discrepancies.
  • Communicate with clients regarding financial matters, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist with audit preparations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards.
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • Total 6-8 Years (with 3-4 years in Audit, Tax Firm and 1-2 years in commercial finance/accountant) experience preferably in manufacturing environment analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
