Purpose of Role

The Learning Product Lead will play a role in leading, designing, building, and scaling one of the company's four high-impact learning products - Company Leader, Sales Excellence, Delivery Excellence, Early Careers.

This role requires a learner-centric approach to product development, ensuring that learning experiences are engaging, relevant, and seamlessly integrated into employees' daily workflows. The Learning Product Lead will collaborate closely with stakeholders to enable effective delivery of learning solutions and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Scope
  • This role encompasses the end-to-end design, development, and management of learning products, from conceptualization to execution and continuous improvement.
  • The Learning Product Lead will oversee multiple learning initiatives within their Learning Product Offering, ensuring alignment with business needs, leveraging modern learning technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • The position requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to implement innovative learning solutions on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities - Learning Product Design & Development
  • Lead the design and development of innovative learning products that enhance employee capability, career growth, and business performance.
  • Utilize a learner-centric approach to create engaging, accessible, and high-impact learning experiences.
  • Leverage design best practices, learning technologies, and data insights to shape scalable learning solutions.
  • Ensure learning products align with business needs, strategic objectives, and emerging industry trends.
  • Continuously evaluate and iterate on learning products to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement & Learning Delivery Support
  • Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and HR teams to understand capability gaps and workforce learning needs.
  • Support stakeholders in the effective delivery and adoption of learning products across global teams.
Learner-Centric Learning Development
  • Champion a learner-first approach, ensuring learning solutions are intuitive, engaging, and accessible to diverse learners.
  • Apply learning experience design and digital learning principles to optimize learner engagement and retention.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting learning in the flow of work, knowledge sharing, and mentorship opportunities.
  • Utilize feedback mechanisms and learner data to refine and personalize learning experiences.
Strategic Growth & Learning Programs
  • Support the execution of key strategic learning initiatives, including leadership development, capability academies, and future-skills programs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the firm's L&D strategy, ensuring learning products are forward-thinking and aligned with business priorities.
  • Monitor industry trends and innovations to continuously improve learning offerings.
