About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team at Aurelius Hospital Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance processes and initiatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance across our healthcare facility.

What you'll be doing

  • Establishing and maintaining quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of quality assurance measures and identify areas for improvement
  • Implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives and monitoring their impact on patient outcomes and operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive process optimisation
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate quality assurance performance and recommendations to senior management
  • Ensuring the hospital's compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry guidelines

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or healthcare management role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility setting
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, tools, and methodologies, as well as experience in implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
  • Proficient in data analysis and report writing, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (JCI & MSQH), and industry best practices
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
