As a Financial Market Operations Graduate, you'll be joining our Operations team, responsible for ensuring that the Bank operates with seamless execution. They settle a variety of complex financial transactions through data driven decisions, process simplification and automation and by ensuring our internal and external stakeholders needs are met.
Our Financial Market Operations team partners with our sales and product colleagues to play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution and settlement of complex financial transactions. By removing inefficiencies and complexity, we're responsible for delivering a positive client experience and leading transformational change. You will be supported and launched into your career through our hands-on graduate programme. - Proficient use of MS Office including MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Coding and programming skills will be an added advantage.

We welcome students from all degrees with excellent academic records and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. Students with finance background and/or equipped with solid technical skills will have an added advantage.
You'll need to be a final year student or a fresh graduate within one year of graduation (graduated in 2024), able to start July 2025, with a permanent legal right to work in the country you're applying to.
- Bachelor's Degree holder (less than 1 year's completion).
- Professional Qualification (ACCA/ CIMA) - Completed/ Pursuing Level 3 or Masters (less than 2 years completion).
- Less than 2 years of working experience.
