What would you do?
  1. Assist in developing and maintaining high performance backend applications.
  2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards and best practices.
  3. Support the team in debugging and troubleshooting software defects to ensure smooth and error-free functionality.
  4. Collaborate with senior developers and team members to design, develop, and implement new features.
  5. Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve coding skills.
  6. Ensure the system's performance, quality, and responsiveness are maintained at optimal levels.
  7. Maintain and enhance critical business modules, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  8. Develop and maintain comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  9. Identify and mitigate risks during the design and development phases.
  10. Design and implement system architecture in line with business and technical requirements.
  11. Provide innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs and improve system efficiency.
Who should join us?
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Certifications in Java, Cloud Computing or related technologies are a plus.
  3. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications.
  4. Experience working in the fintech industry or on financial applications is highly desirable.
  5. Proficiency in Java and understanding of Java-based frameworks (e.g. Spring).
  6. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  7. Proficiency in database technologies (e.g. SQL, NoSQL databases) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate or MyBatis.
  8. Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g. JUnit, TestNG, Mockito).
  9. Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
  10. Understanding of basic web technologies and RESTful API development.
  11. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  12. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  13. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  14. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable software.
