Job Summary:

As a Project Engineer at Sedenak, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of data center infrastructure projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Design Implementation
  • Familiar with the technical design and implementation of electrical and network systems for data centers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Maintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders to keep them updated on project progress.
Quality Control & Risk Management
  • Ensure work method sequence and technical statements to comply with safety regulations and specifications.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during project execution.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Understand and perform project documentation, including plans, schedules, change orders, and reports.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

Education
  • Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on data center or similar infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including IT network systems, electrical, and server structural elements.
Skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., IT programming tools & MS Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and codes relevant to data center construction.
Language
  • Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese-speaking) for effective communication with local teams and stakeholders.
Other
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates who are willing to learn.
