Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be integral in driving the company's digital marketing efforts across various platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the online presence, improve engagement, and increase leads and sales through digital campaigns. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and implement innovative digital strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for all digital campaigns and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), creating content and responding to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create digital content that aligns with the brand's image and enhances customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in digital marketing.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns that are personalized, relevant, and valuable to the target audience.
- Track and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist with content creation, including blogs, articles, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Stay current on digital marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the luxury or lifestyle sectors.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and content management systems.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Creative thinking with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
