Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely preparation of all relevant documents and assist in the review of such documents to ensure that high professional quality (technically correct, arithmetically accurate, clear, concise, precise, logical, in-depth and neat) is maintained.
  • Ensure that assignments are successfully completed within the specified time frame.
  • Liaise with officials of relevant regulatory authorities including attending to their queries satisfactorily.
  • Provide timely and effective service to clients and assist to structure transactions to fulfill client's needs.
  • Responsible for liaising with clients to obtain, on a timely basis, all necessary information for preparation of the relevant documents, including monitoring the tentative timetable for the proposals.
  • Follow up on outstanding issues relating to the proposals.
  • Monitor conditions imposed by the relevant authorities to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain and enhance close rapport with customers and associates to ensure continuous business support.
  • Liaise with clients in relation to requirement in the submission of follow-up questionnaires.
  • Perform any other duties as and when instructed by superiors.
  • To carry out any other duties assigned/directed by the management from time to time.
Requirements
  • Recognised Degree or relevant professional qualification from an institution recognised by the government of Malaysia.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in investment banking, corporate finance or equivalent.
  • Preferably candidates with Capital Markets and Services Representative License (CMSRL) for Advising on Corporate Finance or passed the Securities Commission Licensing Examination: Modules 12 & 19 or 12, 19A & 19B.
  • Competent knowledge of the rules, regulations and guidelines issued by the relevant authorities, regulators, SC and Bursa Securities.
  • Expertise and exposure in conducting various corporate finance transactions.
  • Meticulous and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership quality.
  • Bumiputras are encouraged to apply.
