The Consumer Insights and Analytics Team operates at the heart of our business, partnering and challenging current thinking and proactively moving business forward and driving profitable growth. The Consumer Insights role lies within the IPC Insights and Analytics structure, partnering with local IPC Marketing Category teams. As a strategic business partner, consumer insights subject matter expert, they will be responsible for driving deeper consumer understanding and growth across the entire IPC AFC area. This is a newly created and unique role, in support of the Kimberly Clark long-term strategy and our main Personal Care markets. The role reports to the IPC AFC Insights & Analytics Lead & Brazil ABU.

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

  • Understand business challenge and proactively identify how to better support team via Insights & Analytics and be able to influence a faster and fact-based decision-making process.
  • Be able to balance Human Insights and Advanced Analytics to bring solid recommendations to shape business strategy, through compelling storytelling.
  • Carry on the appropriate learning plans to evaluate hypotheses and utilizing appropriate methodologies to develop and test hypotheses and create recommendations to define business opportunities.
  • Synthesize, interpret, and apply information/data to establish facts and develop insights to provide new perspectives on the category, consumers, and innovation pathways.
  • Strong ability to connect data from different sources (research, syndicated, digital tracking) to identify growth opportunities for the business.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help identify relevant business issues, research objectives and hypotheses to address brand questions and needs.
  • Manage the engagement of marketing research and analytics projects, including external/global research suppliers.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Statistic, Economy, Marketing or correlated areas
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG Market Research, Consumer Insights, Analytics and/or Consulting roles, Brand building experience specifically in consumer insights
  • Strategic insights/consumer research experience is required, with established track record in consumer insights from within consumer / FMCG / retail industries.
  • Strong Analytic thinking, data savvy and love crunching numbers to extract insights and recommendations
  • Communication and collaboration skills, with ability to lead and influence project teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in Syndicated data (Nielsen, IQVIA, Close-up, Scanntech, Dunnhumby, Kantar, Euromonitor, Mintel, E-commerce), Advanced analytics (RGM, MMM, Forecasting), Digital analytics, Adhoc studies.
  • Fluent in English
