We are seeking an experienced Corporate Planning Manager to drive our corporate strategies and plan the initiatives to realize our business objectives based on MRP FY30.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Marketing & Planning, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. The incumbent will support to establish culture, new business structures leveraging his/her competency in market research and business operations.
Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for Mid-Term and 1-year plan to achieve long-term organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate closely with executives and managers to develop strategic goals for the organization to align planning efforts with overall corporate strategy.
- Reporting: Responsible for preparing corporate reporting through financial analysis and evaluation of business plans and new opportunities to support decision-making processes. Identify potential risks and opportunities and recommend relevant action plans.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, changing market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats to the organization's growth and competitiveness.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for ongoing monitoring of departmental and organizational performance. Provide regular reports and analysis to the General Manager and top management. Your Excel skills will be at an advanced level.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Develop strong relationships and collaborate effectively with other departments, ensuring alignment of strategic objectives and cross-functional coordination to maximize organizational goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities, resource planning, and propose and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality within the corporate planning function.
- Governance: Enhance company management quality embracing governance, internal control, risk management, and sustainability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Min 5 years of corporate strategic planning, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Prior experience in FP&A is an advantage.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate strategic visions, objectives, and plans to diverse stakeholders. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the industry (preferred but not a must), market dynamics, and trends, particularly within the areas of marketing, corporate planning, and sales management.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically, identify new opportunities, and implement forward-thinking strategies to support organizational success.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously and adapting to changing circumstances.
