Job Responsibilities

Upon completion of training, identify and analyze trends and patterns in equities and futures markets. The individual will also learn to manage risk and handle psychologically difficult situations. They may also be required to work collaboratively with others on research into economic conditions around the world affecting markets.

What kind of training is there at NGS?

NGS is a recruitment and training center focusing primarily on training, and it is what we excel at.

Our training process is very comprehensive and designed for all candidates, including those with no financial background.

Basic overview of the training process:

• Go through our basic learning modules (LMS) which cover the history of the stock market, the software platform, what stocks are, basic indicators, and basic trading strategies. Each module will have a quiz to ensure you understand the material.
• Watch in-depth video tutorials on more complex concepts with further examples.
• When you have completed these materials, you will be put into simulation trading where you will experience trading the stock market the way the professionals do. You will learn to read the Level 2 and Time of Sale data feeds and learn to analyze stock charts.
• Trainers will have multiple seminars each week to teach technical indicators and how to apply them.
• Participate in various challenges designed at NGS to improve your trading skills. These challenges will promote consistency and risk management over a longer period of time.
• Learning never stops. Regardless of your comfort zone, you will be exposed to strategies and techniques that will open more opportunities to potentially profit.
