1. Lead the development of user-centric content strategies that simplify complex trading concepts
2. Craft precise, clear microcopy for critical user interfaces and product features
3. Conduct and analyse user research to inform content decisions
4. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences
5. Define and maintain content guidelines that ensure consistency across all platforms
6. Navigate regulatory requirements while maintaining user-friendly language
7. Use data and user feedback to continuously optimise content performance

6. Have experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation
7. Can show a portfolio of successful UX writing projects
8. Bring knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation
