RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

A Strategic HR & IT manager who will be responsible for leading the team to ensure smooth delivery of end-to-end HR & IT functions while playing a key role in building the functions for Perpetual Group through the development and implementation of HR policies.

Accountable for entire spectrum of Human Resource functions through strong business partnership with the stakeholder and department managers to provide HR solutions that align with business objectives.

Advise senior management on talent management strategies, including manpower planning, talent retention, succession planning, performance management, training, and leadership selection to ensure a high-performing workforce.

Lead and supervise the HR team in managing the recruitment process for both local and foreign employees, including liaising with recruitment agencies, processing applicants, and ensuring adherence to legal guidelines for foreign employment documentation.

Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and fostering a productive work environment.

Oversee administrative functions including payroll, personnel records management, and prepare all legal & regulatory documents while monitor compliance with laws & regulations.

Serve as a liaison between employees and management to resolve concerns, grievances, and conflicts, promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

Draft, implement, and maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws to uphold ethical and legal standards.

Manage employee welfare programs and lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall workplace morale.

Oversee the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and systems to ensure effective operations that align with the organization's needs and goals.

Supervise the Admin and IT departments, ensuring efficient operations and timely resolution of both administrative and technical issues.

Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team in managing IT infrastructure and software systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION LEVEL & MAJOR

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics or any related fields

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

At least 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in HR roles.

REQUIRED LANGUAGE

Bahasa Malaysia / English / Mandarin will be added advantage.

Monday to Friday
