Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate with customers in a positive, friendly, and professional manner, attend to customer's requests and complaints, and resolve them timely and efficiently.
  2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer queries and provide effective solutions.
  3. Strong desire to deliver outstanding customer experience and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
  4. Plan for product transfers, such as truck loading, ship loading and unloading, product blending, create order instructions, and coordinate with the operation team on execution.
  5. Plan, monitor, and liaise with customers, agents, surveyors, inspectors, third parties, and authorities for efficient berthing scheduling.
  6. Schedule and plan for all shipments and vessels coming to berth at the terminal.
  7. Handle product stock inventory management, physical vs book stock, and conduct month-end reconciliation stock reports.
  8. Identify, investigate, and report any stock discrepancies; check compliance of any stock dispute to be in line with contracts, procedures, and company standards.
  9. Ensure no product movements occur without permission from the customer.
  10. Monitor the accuracy of daily stock administration and stock mutations, including pipeline stock, heels, and slop tank.
  11. Liaise with relevant authorities/offices, e.g., Customs, port authorities, agents, etc.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering/Accounting/Transportation or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  3. Effective communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  4. Flexibility to work during odd hours whenever required.
  5. Energetic, positive-minded, and a good team player.
