Job Title: Content Creator

Job Level : Intermediate - Advance

Department: Operations Department – Marketing

Rate: RM 5,000

Work Arrangement: 5 work days a week and Onsite

Overall Job Objectives:

We are looking for a talented and innovative Content Creator to join our team and help us engage our audience with compelling content. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing a variety of content across digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan content aligned with the brand's goals and target audience.
  2. Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc., by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement.
  3. Develop high-quality, creative, and engaging content for social media, blogs, videos, emails, and other platforms.
  4. Produce engaging reels, highlights, and videos across various platforms that resonate with our audience and align with our brand voice.
  5. Proficient in using video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut or other professional tools.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience in photography, videography, and editing.
  3. Proficiency in content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut or other graphic design and video editing software.
  4. Proven experience as a content creator, social media related, or in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging content for social platforms.
  5. Skills in interacting with followers, managing comments, and building a community.
  6. Knowledgeable of how social media algorithms work to optimize reach and engagement.
  7. Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, trends and adept in creative problem-solving; extremely resourceful, innovative, and proactive; self-driven, including when there is ambiguity.
  8. Natural collaborator and team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

  1. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and platforms to create timely and relevant content.
  2. Consistently meet deadlines for content creation, ensuring timely publication of articles, social media posts, videos, etc.
  3. Track performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
