Role & Responsibilities

Videography

  1. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various purposes, including promotional materials, event coverage, and instructional content.
  2. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to capture compelling footage that highlights the school's activities, achievements, and special events.
  3. Ensure the videos adhere to brand guidelines and effectively convey the school's values and mission.
  4. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in videography to continuously improve the quality of video production.
Graphic design

  1. Develop visually appealing and impactful designs for print and digital media, such as brochures, posters, social media graphics, and website elements.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to create engaging visual content that effectively communicates messages and promotes the school's image.
  3. Create and maintain a library of design assets, including templates, logos, and brand guidelines.
  4. Ensure all designs are consistent with the school's visual identity and brand guidelines.
Multimedia projects

  1. Conceptualize and execute multimedia projects that combine video, graphics, and animation to create engaging and interactive content.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce multimedia content for presentations, online courses, and other educational initiatives.
  3. Incorporate innovative and creative elements into multimedia projects to enhance learning experiences.
Job Requirements

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise

  1. A bachelor's degree in videography, graphic design, multimedia, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in videography and graphic design, preferably in an educational or creative environment.
  3. Proficiency in videography equipment, software, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  4. Expertise in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  5. Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
  6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  8. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  9. A portfolio showcasing previous work in videography and graphic design is required.
