REQUIREMENTS: DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING/ ADMINISTRATION/ HUMAN RESOURCES

TASK:

  1. Processing activity from accounts payable, receivable (preparation of delivery orders, invoicing, credit note etc) and petty cash.
  2. Handling payroll including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRCD, payment of utilities and banking activity.
  3. Answering phone calls and directing calls.
  4. Compiling, maintaining, updating and filing of company records eg. Correspondence, service contracts, insurances, vehicle road tax, employees' bio data, leave application etc.
  5. Managing office inventory and ensuring regular supply of office materials.
  6. Compiling and maintaining records of company business transactions.
  7. Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, multimedia instruments etc.
  8. Liaise with and taking directive from Company Secretary and Accountant occasionally.
  9. Other clerical works as directed by Manager.
