Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Designer who can lead high-quality creative work for Cantonese-speaking markets. This role requires a sharp design eye, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to craft regionally relevant and impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive creative development from concept to execution
  • Design marketing materials, branding assets, digital campaigns, and presentation decks
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver strategic creative solutions
  • Guide and review the work of junior team members
  • Ensure alignment with cultural and market-specific design sensibilities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of design experience, ideally in agency or marketing environment
  • Fluent in Cantonese (written and spoken)
  • Strong design portfolio with a focus on campaign work
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience in both print and digital design.
  • Familiarity with web design principles, including UI/UX best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
