Mandarin Business Development Representative

- Bachelor's Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent.
- Language requirement: Mandarin and English.
- Min 3 years B2B sales and business development experience in outbound sales in the IT industry.
- Knowledge in Cloud/Cybersecurity will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Explain technical products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs.
- Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud security solutions (solutions-selling) and close sales opportunities.
- Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used.
- Provided training.
- Provided EPF and SOCSO.
- Near to LRT Station.
