FRESHMINDS PROGRAM (Graduate's program)

Our FreshMinds Program invites young and vibrant graduates into Sony's workforce, enabling fresh spirited ideas and creativity to be entrenched throughout a mutual journey of success.

Successful candidates will go through a 12-month mentorship program starting from April 2025 till March 2026, which will bring you through a journey of developing career skills and competencies, exposing you to different functions like retail marketing, marketing, and sales in Sony (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a CGPA of not less than 3.0 or equivalent.
• Good command of English with a high level of adaptability to excel in all situations.
• Completed all studies and not more than 3 months of full-time working experience.
