Mission

Lead the creative team to deliver excellent client work, while building a high-performing team with capacity to serve all our retainer clients and projects. Ensure projects meet TCI's standards of excellence, deadlines, and profitability goals.

Monthly Salary Range:

RM 3,000 - RM 7,000 (highly depending on work experience, skill sets, and job fit)

Outcomes:

  1. Reduce team mistakes and missed deadlines to 1 weekly by end of the year.
    • Ensure excellence in creative development to exceed client expectations in a timely manner.
  2. Refine Creative Team processes by the end of the year
    • Work closely with the creative team to document, refine, and implement all creative processes in TCI in order to level up our creative processes.
  3. Deliver Creative Excellence (Quality at 9/10)
    • Ensure all creative deliverables consistently achieve a 9/10 quality rating through effective leadership and feedback.
  4. Maintain "Team Perceived Value" rating (via internal surveys) at 9.0
    • Achieve a 9.0+ "Team Perceived Value" rating by fostering trust, providing feedback, and driving team satisfaction.
  5. Achieve 100% adherence to TCI's 24-hour communication policy with clients
    • Respond to all client communications quickly to maintain high perceived value.

  • Adobe Suite Proficiency: Confident with Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Website Updates: Capable of completing basic updates with ease.
  • Design Expertise: Sharp eye for improving & elevating all types of creative work.
  • Client Relations: Skilled in managing client communications to keep them happy.
  • Team Player: Driven, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Clear and Concise Communication: Simple and straightforward delivery.
