Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive/Senior to support the day-to-day HR processes and ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This role reports to the HR Operations Senior manager, and is responsible for managing employee records, benefits administration, compliance, and other HR functions to enhance the employee experience and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, system setup, and induction programs. Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring proper exit documentation and clearance.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits programs (leave policies, etc.).
  • HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data integrity, reporting, and analysis to support HR decision-making.
  • Employee Relations & Support: Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR operational processes for increased efficiency and compliance.
  • HR Reports & Analytics: Prepare HR reports and other key HR metrics, as needed.
  • Policy Implementation: Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
