Job Responsibility
Post-Production Support
  1. Assist in gathering footage, audio files, and other materials for the editing team.
  2. Coordinate the logistics of post-production, including meetings and deadlines.
  3. Help track deliverables for post-production and liaise between the director, editor, and producer.
  4. Organize and file all post-production assets, ensuring they are kept up to date and easily accessible.
On-Set Assistance
  1. Serve as a point of contact for the crew, talent, and other team members.
  2. Assist the line producer or production manager with coordinating logistics on set, including managing schedules, talent, and crew.
  3. Help monitor production resources, equipment, and supplies.
  4. Track production progress and communicate any changes to relevant parties (e.g., director, cast, crew).
  5. Handle any on-set problems that arise, ensuring the workflow continues smoothly.
Pre-Production Support
  1. Assist with scheduling and planning for the production.
  2. Coordinate casting, location scouting, and securing necessary permits.
  3. Support the Producer in budgeting, contracts, and resource management.
  4. Help organize and prepare the necessary materials for production meetings and presentations.
  5. Research potential locations, talent, and suppliers to support the production team.
  6. Assist with the creation and distribution of production documentation (e.g., call sheets, scripts, and production schedules).
Job RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
  1. Diploma / Degree / Certificate in Film Production, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Broadcasting or a related field is preferred.
  2. Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is Bonus.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  4. MALAYSIA CITIZEN ONLY.
  5. Experience: Some previous experience in a production environment, such as working as a production assistant or intern, is highly desirable. (Experience during Internship acceptable for Fresh Graduates).
  6. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  7. Organization: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet, solve problems creatively, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
  9. Teamwork: Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating with various departments (e.g., production, talent, technical teams).
  10. Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the production schedule.
