IT Project Manager, Project Management Office (Contract)

1. Project Delivery:

• Manage projects end-to-end, including scope definition, planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.

• Lead cross-functional teams, maintain governance, document decisions, and ensure smooth project transitions.

2. Stakeholder Management:

• Build and sustain relationships with internal teams and external vendors, align expectations, and address risks proactively.

3. Communication and Reporting:

• Develop dashboards and reports for project and program updates.

• Leverage tools for transparency and swift issue resolution.

4. Resource Management:

• Forecast budgets, assess business cases, and manage project expenditures effectively.

5. Process Optimization:

• Ensure compliance with UM's policies, recommend process improvements, and standardize best practices.

6. Other Duties:

• Support additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2-3 years managing large-scale projects in Telecom/ICT.

• Preferred qualifications include PMP/PRINCE2, experience with internal platforms, coaching teams, and developing software/web technologies.

• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
