We're looking for a driven and dynamic individual to take on a hybrid role in product management and technical sales. If you have experience in POS systems, payments, or inventory management and a solid understanding of accounting principles and business operations, this role offers the perfect blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Collaborate with merchants and partners to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to prioritise product enhancements and improve user experience.
  • Provide technical sales support, assisting customers with system capabilities and integrations.
  • Utilise accounting knowledge to support GL mapping, reconciliation, and financial workflows.
  • Apply business acumen to help merchants maximise operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for clients and stakeholders.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates should possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • Computer knowledge, experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Preferably 2-3 years of working experience
  • Experience in the POS, payments, or inventory management industry is a strong advantage.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, including GL mapping and reconciliation.
  • Strong business acumen, with an understanding of financial and operational decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering great product experiences.
