Talent Attraction Program Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Talent Attraction Program Manager to lead our talent attraction initiatives. In this role, you will design and implement programs and strategies that help us attract top-tier talent across various channels. You will focus on building a strong intern program globally, attractive employer brand, efficient employee referral process, and enhancing candidate engagement experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management:
Develop targeted programs to attract the right talent to support our company's growth and objectives.
Understand current situation, gather stakeholders feedback, design the program, document guidelines and implement it. - Employer Brand Development:
Work with the marketing team to enhance and promote the company's employer brand through various platforms and campaigns.
Ensure that our recruitment materials, job postings, and company presence are consistent with the company's culture and values. - Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure attraction programs align with business objectives.
Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best practices for talent attraction programs. - Talent Pipeline:
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs. - Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience while involved in the Talent Programs by fostering clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure efficient communication between candidates and hiring teams. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor key talent attraction metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
Use data and insights to identify areas of improvement in the process and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency. - Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure programs and practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve programs and maintain competitiveness in the talent market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
- Proven experience in designing and managing talent attraction programs and leading recruitment efforts across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure and improve talent attraction efforts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing.
