RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Leadership:

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  2. Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant flow, from seating to service to closing.
  3. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Staff Management:

Financial Management:

  3. Oversee cash flow, payroll, and vendor payments.

Strategic Planning:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Research new vendors and suppliers to ensure the best value and quality.
  3. Plan and execute promotional events to attract customers.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum two years of assistant manager experience in a similar environment.
  2. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to make guests feel welcome.
  3. Experience in a restaurant, bar, or reputable café, with a passion for hospitality.
  4. A hands-on leader who prioritizes team development and training.
  5. WSET certification is an added advantage.
  6. Interest in financial aspects of restaurant management, with a willingness to learn.
