This position will work alongside the Business Director to lead a portfolio of clients which consist of H&S key accounts such as Mitsubishi, Malaysian Milk and etc.

The role sits within the pioneer team of H&S Malaysia that are on a growth momentum, to deliver the best value to our valuable local clienteles. The team are young and vibrant, at the same time highly passionate in providing creative & innovative solutions to the client, while having flawless operations delivery. As a Manager, you will be the face of H&S to our key client, to develop the relationship with clients & be seen by client as a valuable member of the account team who adds value to the business.

Scope of the Role:

  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders and business leads on clients assigned to you in Malaysia and across the region as required.
  • Lead the digital performance & martech conversations, thought leadership and overlook operations for key clients in H&S Malaysia; Ensure delivery against best practices and set new benchmarks in digital performance both internally and with clients.
  • To drive digital conversations and solutions beyond just paid media optimization, across owned and earned media optimization such as Web Analytics and Optimization, SEO, Content optimization, CRO and Data Analytics to improve overall agency's deliveries on campaign performance.
  • Develop and grow key contacts and networks with search engines, technology, and performance solution providers.
  • Support team leads in the gathering, monitoring and analysis of performance data and digital strategy.
  • Prepare and present regular, relevant, business cases on new products and opportunities.
  • Work with team leaders to construct robust forecasting and opportunity reports with detailed recommendations for clients.
  • Project manage and hand over strategies to the implementation teams for execution.
  • Be an evangelist and demonstrate thought leadership within H&S and in the industry.
  • Identify new arenas within the digital landscape and support H&S's expansion into these areas.
  • Develop best practice on digital and specifically performance marketing and promote sharing across teams and to the group.
  • Support H&S in securing and developing new business (local and regional) in the digital media performance front, including SEO, Web Analytics, Data Marketing and Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts/ Clients

  • Core contributor to digital strategic initiatives, acting as the key digital POC assigned set of clients.
  • Drive digital excellence and adoption of best practices, maintain high score results across key platforms across assigned client portfolio.
  • Work closely with clients, OMG/H&S Malaysia planning and digital (data & ecommerce) teams to determine business needs and identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and revenue.
  • Transmit to clients the benefits of performance, data and analytics solutions available and help them integrate into their overall online marketing strategy (digital media products, annalect, transact).
  • Inform and educate clients about new industry trends and developments.
  • Regularly research, prepare and write point of view papers for distribution to clients.
  • Improve the current workflow & optimization processes across accounts.
  • Work as both a leader and hands-on expert across accounts to assist planning and buying team members with delivering results for clients.
  • Improve, manage and maintain the result and budget tracking process.
  • Establish best in class standards and quality of work across accounts.
  • Champion new digital tools, settings & technologies across accounts and help activate any existing ones that are not in place

Internal and External Responsibilities

  • Establish and reinforce current company processes
  • Manage and grow core vendor relationships (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok, IAS, etc.)
  • Promote/sell media department capabilities across teams and to the group

Requirements:

  • At least 6 – 7 years of experience in digital performance platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic. Familiar with and experienced in working across SEO, Web Optimization, Data Analytics and ecommerce projects/activities.
  • Experience working with GTM, DCM, CM360 platforms and more will be added advantage.
  • Experience in Digital media strategy, campaign planning, and client management
  • Experience in bid management and process automation through Kenshoo, DoubleClick and Marin
  • Able to develop white-paper, newsletter, case study materials to inform and educate clients on industry trends and best practice in digital world
  • Able to perform full analysis and evaluation to develop and present final recommendations and action plan, digital media and strategy ppt decks
  • Able to communicate and manage relationships with mid and senior management teams, internal and clients
  • Passionate with a 'can-do' bold attitude
