Fundraising Manager

Omniraise is a new marketing and fundraising agency working for some of the highest profile, blue-chip global NGOs in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia. We specialise in events, roadshows or face to face marketing/fundraising, telephone marketing/fundraising and digital fundraising – all the main channels for raising funds from individual donors. Our team has grown to almost 500 people across Asia in 3 years and is rapidly expanding across Asia in the next few years.

We are constantly expanding our management team across Malaysia as we currently operate in over 8 regions and we're now looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager (Face to Face) to help us manage our Face to Face Roadshows, Events, Marketing and Sales team in Kuala Lumpur.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be managing a team of fundraising professionals; support, drive and lead from the front by achieving personal targets as well as team targets. You will drive the performance of our F2F marketing team members by regularly initiating training, updating our team on new programmes, and implementing strategies to drive and improve KPI. You will ensure the highest possible quality by monitoring daily performance reports and constantly looking for ways to improve our clients' programmes and drive growth within our organisation.

1. Managing, mentoring and coaching our passionate Fundraisers to meet fundraising goals for our clients.
2. Training, motivating, performance managing, developing and progressing our staff.
3. Leading from the front and ensuring you are ready to go to the ground always to ensure you remain finely attuned to the team and able to solve problems quickly.
4. Ensuring they are meeting all KPIs around signup volumes, event cost per donor, approval rates, retention rates, and average age criteria.
5. Analysing and monitoring events performance and providing monthly updates to senior management on CPA (cost per acquisition) and CPS (cost per shift).
6. Working closely with our support team (Account Management, Data, IT, HR shared services).

1. At least 3-5 years of experience in face to face with hands-on experience.
2. Someone who can lead from the front and get their hands dirty. You'll need to dedicate an incredible amount of face time to our teams, working in the field with them to build trust but also ensure you keep your ear close to the ground to diagnose problems and solutions that are observation and experience driven.
3. A fierce work ethic and inspirational leadership style that is capable of moving our team to greatness every day.
4. Demonstrable work experience in a modern high-performance fundraising environment, with proven track records of successes and growth.
5. Rigorous and critical thinker, able to ask probing clear questions and drive toward solutions quickly.
6. Strong interpersonal skills. Collegial, collaborative, and creative leader able to work across cultures.
