Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the fashion design team to brainstorm and develop bags and accessories from scratch.
  • Provide support and assistance in technical drawing and the development of product samples.
  • Create product sample briefs according to provided instructions.
  • Assist the fashion design team in liaising with production teams and factories.
  • Source and procure materials for bags and accessories, considering functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences in the fashion accessories industry.
  • Be prepared to handle miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English and Mandarin.
  • Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is necessary.
  • A background in fashion (preferred), product design, or the design industry is advantageous.
  • Possess strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Must have a passion for learning about fashion products and production processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail, a precision-oriented mindset, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
