The company is a fast-growing MSSP in APAC. We provide cybersecurity consultancy services across multiple government agencies, banks, MNCs, and large corporations.

We are looking for a highly driven, talented, and self-motivated experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team You will belong to and work with a group of fun and high-performing team members.

Responsibilities as Sales Account Manager:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the cybersecurity consulting space.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their business goals and cybersecurity needs.

Consultative Selling

  • Understand clients' cybersecurity challenges and recommend services and managed solutions to address their specific needs.
  • Secure customer commitments needed to ensure deals are "technically closed."

Deal Management

  • Maintain and update accurate notes in the CRM system and records as required.
  • Monitor and respond to customer queries throughout the sales process and alert the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and key metrics for both internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Success

  • Drive client satisfaction by ensuring that the services provided meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Proactively engage with clients post-sale to identify additional needs, foster long-term partnerships, and drive client retention.
  • Act as an advocate for the customer within the company, collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of services.
  • Identify potential roadblocks in service delivery and work with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with clients to highlight successes and explore growth opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling other cybersecurity consulting services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business leads and contribute to the development of proposals.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree (preferably major in Business / Computing).
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in areas such as requirements gathering and business analysis in the IT industry.
  • Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly acquire detailed knowledge about the services provided.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to prepare quality documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a sales environment and/or customer service role.
