Test System Engineering - Operation

Job Description
  • Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains factory test scripts for the organization's products and systems.
  • Performs system integration of software and hardware to support manufacturing requirements to meet operation business goals.
  • Develops, validates, and tests structures and user documentation.
  • Assists in resolving customer field issues on live and production test systems and operations.
  • Troubleshoots test system failures and provides improvement solutions.
Basic Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering. A candidate with a Master's Degree will have an added advantage.
  • Experience in working on test-related jobs, knowledge of hardware/software development.
  • Candidate must possess the following experience and knowledge:
  • Manufacturing test process for board and full product.
  • Test station, equipment, and fixture debugging skills.
  • DFT Design Rules for test-related processes.
  • Test station and fixture wiring diagram knowledge.
  • Familiarity with NI TestStand & LabVIEW software is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with RF fundamental knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools such as Minitab is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organization, reporting, and analytical skills; individuals with strong personal interaction skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and energy.
  • Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
  • Willingness for domestic and international travel (when applicable).
