Job Description

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the achievement of operation's key priorities in Safety, Quality, Productivity, People Engagement, and Cost for the assigned production lines.
2. Lead, coach and engage the team to excel in set standards for operation and in the routines associated with 4M's+E (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment).
3. Control and manage the Store, GMP, Laundry, as well as KA operations to meet the KPIs & provide immediate corrective actions.
4. Promote continuous improvement and growth mindset and behaviors that have a positive impact on Safety Health Environment, Quality, and Productivity.
5. Ensure operations (Store, GMP, Laundry, & KA) SOP are flawlessly executed; manufacturing conditions and quality control are met, troubleshoots, and resolves manufacturing deviations.
6. Plans and allocates plant resources to meet daily operation requirements, and within budget.
7. Work with Engineering team to manage parts purchase, repair, & servicing negotiation.
8. Develop competencies of the team (Store, GMP, Laundry, & KA) with Operational Excellence team, Engineering Team, and Manufacturing Team.
9. Establish and develop standards (SOP and expectations) for each process/section KPIV (key process input variable) and KPOV (key process output variable) for Operations Team to follow and execute.
10. Utilize both internal and external resources (suppliers, experts, other factories, and corporate team) to ensure proper technical solutions are defined and implemented to eliminate root causes.
11. Ensure Redzone and SAP completion (GI, GR) as per given timeline.
12. To initiate and complete at least ONE Kaizen project annually.

Qualifications/Experience

1. Diploma in engineering/science related field.
2. Relevant works experience without credentials background can be considered.
3. With experience in managing manufacturing equipment and processes.
4. At least TWO years working experience in managing manufacturing equipment or processes.
