Job Responsibilities- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Ensure systems and software are up-to-date with necessary patches and updates.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Configure and maintain network systems, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement IT security measures to protect company data and infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity tools such as firewalls and antivirus programs.
- Maintain documentation for IT systems, software, and network setups.
- Prepare regular reports on IT performance, security, and system usage.
- Assist in the procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Perform regular data backups and assist with disaster recovery planning.
- Implement and assist in IT project rollouts and system upgrades.
- Provide IT training to employees on new systems and technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and innovations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in IT support, network administration, or similar role.
