About Our Client:

Our client is a licensed retail design agency with headquarters in Hong Kong and a growing office in Malaysia. They specialize in bespoke retail environments that marry creative flair with strategic brand objectives. A nimble team—led by the founder, partnered with two in‑house designers and a network of freelancers—is set to expand their permanent headcount to meet rising demand.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative branding, packaging, and graphic designs tailored for retail projects
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and design team to execute premium visual concepts
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to client branding guidelines and current market trends
  • Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for end‑to‑end design execution
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive project success
  • Stay abreast of industry design trends and introduce innovative graphic solutions
Requirements
  • 4–7 years' proven experience in graphic, packaging, or branding design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating retail and commercial design work at a premium level
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Background in the retail or commercial sector is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a hybrid team setup
  • Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus
