* Draft, compile, and refine high-impact presentations, reports, and communications for key internal and external stakeholders, including Board materials and CEBO messages
* Strategically manage CEBO’s schedule, prioritising engagements aligning with business timelines, especially executive-level meetings and external interactions. Oversee and coordinate CEBO’s agenda during business travel to ensure business objectives are effectively met.
* Develop and coordinate meeting logistics and agendas, prepare necessary pre-reading materials, meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.
* Develop a solid understanding of business dynamics and strategic direction to provide effective support, acting as a key liaison between the CEBO's office and senior leaders, fostering positive working relationships in internal and external forums.What do you need to have for this role?* Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in Business, Finance disciplines.
* At least 8 years of working and relevant experience.
* Has strong business and financial acumen.
