• Identify and assess customers' needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and business partners via call, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information and personalize services.
• Proactive in liaising with various departments to resolve issues.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to client's enquiries.
• Undertake and complete special assignments, and ad-hoc duties required by superior in a timely manner.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Possess a diploma or higher. Candidates graduated with Banking and Finance or equivalent background will have a higher chance for the post.
• Working experience in a contact center environment is encouraged to apply.
• Able to work multi-task and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency to meet crucial cut-off times.
• Can-do attitude with a passion for strong ownership of work.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written. We seek Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to work during local Public Holidays and overtime occasionally.
